For orders placed via our dealers, contact them for their return policy.
- You have the right to return your order within 30 days after you have received it.
- If more than 30 days have past since you received your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
- The time of returning your products, our inspection and your refund may take 15-60 days in total.
Guided Steps to return your order
- Email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Print & attach the shipping labels that you recieve from us.
- Schedule a UPS pickup or leave the goods at the nearest UPS Office.
- When we have recieved and inspected the goods, your refund will be paid within 30 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are free of charge, but import VAT & customs duty are not.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- If the products have obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days after receiving the goods.
- If you receive a refund, the credit card or payment method such as PayPal or Stripe may add their own fees and those will be withdrawn from your refund.
- Approx 20-40 EUR can be charged by your payment provider and this is not refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

Shipping inside EU
- Shipping is free and no additional charges will be added.
Shipping outside EU:
- Shipping costs are free of charge, but import VAT & customs duty are not.
- If your country is not a EU member, fees might be charged by your country and it’s customs office.
- The Invoice is usually sent by UPS and needs to be paid in order to receive the goods.
